Apple iPhone again received the highest Customer Satisfaction rating (96%) of any telecommunication brand for February.
Apple iPhone comfortably won the Mobile Handset Category for February, ahead of HTC, Samsung, Blackberry and Nokia. Further details.

Virgin again finished on top of the Mobile Service Provider category for February with a Customer Satisfaction rating of 81%. They were followed by Optus, Telstra, 3 and Vodafone. Further details.
Internode won the competitive Internet Service Provider category with a 93% satisfaction score for February. iiNet came in at second place, WestNet followed in third, OPTUSnet in fourth and iPrimus fifth. Further details.
Primus tops the Home Phone Provider category with 76% Customer Satisfaction. They placed in front of Optus, AAPT (Residential now provided by iiNet) and Telstra. AAPT (Residential now provided by iiNet) was the only provider whose satisfaction score declined from the previous month. Further details.
